We purchase, repair and renovate mobile homes and sell them at affordable rates. This works similarly to a rent-to-own plan, except that we’ll give you a legal purchase agreement. You’ll have an amortization table, and every month you can see how your payments affect your balance owing. Once your small initial deposit is paid, your subsequent payments will be based on the approximate amount that the property would rent for.
